Stage 2 is designed for owners who want more grunt from their cars. An aftermarket high-flow catted downpipe or catless downpipe will allow the car to breathe better than the stock downpipe. From stock, the EA888.4 Comes equiped with a larger downpipe and exhaust output than the Previous gen EA888.3 with the IHI series of turbos. This means the gains from just a downpipe are not as significant on the EA888.4 compared to the EA888.3; however, you will still feel the difference and introduce a lot more noise!

After extensive testing TuneZilla is proud to release our solution for DSG-equipped MK8 R, A3, S3 and other models with the "locked" 401 Bootloader. This is a physical hardware change. By removing the mechatronic unit and swapping to our pre-flashed bootloader, users can enjoy more features not available from the factory.
Please Note: The TCU tune comes pre-loaded on the unit and was designed to work with our ECU tune. If you have another company's ECU tune, please ask them for a high TQ file as low TQ options can limit the performance of both ECU and TCU tune.
Running another company's TCU tune will void the warranty offered on our 301 Bootloader units.
