The Stage 2 ECU and TCU Tune Bundle builds on the Stage 1 tune with a more substantial increase in performance, delivering stronger acceleration, sharper throttle response, and increased power throughout the upper end of the rev range. The additional performance is spread across the powerband rather than concentrated in a narrow section, giving the engine stronger pull from mid-range through redline while keeping power delivery smooth and predictable.
Throttle response is also refined to make the engine feel more immediate and responsive without becoming overly sensitive. Torque delivery remains controlled and progressive, helping the vehicle feel stronger under heavier acceleration while retaining the smooth, composed characteristics that make it comfortable for everyday use. The result is a noticeable step up in performance without sacrificing the refined feel expected from a factory-based setup.

The factory turbo has taken you this far, but the days of settling for the small factory turbo are gone!
Our Stage 3 IS20 ECU and TCU Tune Bundle takes the Gen3.B 2.0T into a much more serious level of performance, with the added airflow of the IS20 turbo paired with a tune designed to make the most of it.
The result is a substantial increase in power throughout the rev range, with sharper throttle response, stronger acceleration, and a much harder pull as the RPM climbs. The TCU tune works alongside the ECU tune to keep shifts quick and responsive, making better use of the additional performance without losing the smooth, controlled feel of the factory drivetrain.
This setup is designed specifically around the IS20 turbo upgrade, with the supporting hardware and tuning working together as a complete package rather than simply pushing the factory turbo further.
Even with the upgraded turbo, the tune is developed with careful attention to oil pressure behaviour and safe operating limits. The increased performance is delivered in a controlled, refined way, while maintaining the smooth drivability and everyday usability expected from a well-developed setup.

To flash your Haldex module, you will need a FlashZilla Pro dongle.
With this software, you can optimize the performance of the Haldex system in your car. The software can set the oil pump to its maximum DC capacity during heavy load conditions.
The software smoothly controls the oil pump and adjusts its operating force, which in turn affects the force of the Haldex clutch, based on the vehicle's current situation (calm driving, dynamic driving, or launch control).
This ensures your system won't be overloaded when there's no need for high settings.
It is ideal for all users and for every situation the vehicle might encounter. The software can function like the stock file of your factory controller but can also boost its operating power by up to +/-40%.
After a Haldex reflash, it's essential to recalibrate the oil pump, using tools like VCDS or OBD11.
