At TuneZilla, we strive for an OEM level of drivability and reliability. Our team of calibrators from around the world work meticulously to deliver repeatable performance on all of our base maps. One of the major differences between our tunes and most of our competitor's tunes is our linear OEM-like throttle response. Most other off-the-shelf tunes advertise an attractive peak power figure but suffer from a sudden drop in torque and a lower torque curve throughout the remainder of the RPM range. Our tunes are designed to make the most usable and consistent power curve possible to maintain a strong pull without a heavy fall-off midway through the power band. All while generating peak power as early as possible in the RPM range.

At TuneZilla, we strive for an OEM level of drivability and reliability. Our team of Calibrators from around the world painstakingly work to deliver repeatable performance on all of our base maps. One of the major differences between our tunes and most of our competitors tunes is our linear OEM like throttle response. Where some software tuners increase throttle response to mask the actual output of their tunes by giving a very peaky feeling under acceleration, our tunes are designed to make the most usable and consistent power curve possible to maintain a strong pull without a heavy fall off midway through the power band. All while generating peak power as early as possible in the RPM range. Most off the shelf tunes advertise an attractive peak power figure, but suffer from a sudden drop in torque and a lower torque curve throughout the remainder of the RPM range.

For Stage 2 vehicles wanting to add Multi-Port Injection to their vehicles, TuneZilla now offers MPI support on Stage 2. This fuelling upgrade allows owners the flexibility of future upgrades and raises the ceiling of the potential power output by adding 4 more injectors into the intake. A low pressure fuel pump upgrade is required as well. MPI Files are not available on Instatune, you will need to make a Tune Request in the TuneZilla Portal App.

All Stage 2 Requirements
Required As Above
MPI Fuelling kit (980cc injectors)
Hellcat 525/535 LPFP
Ethanol Sensor
Recommended (Required for Flex Fuel support)
Flex Fuel is made possible with Stage 2 by upgrading the fuelling system and adding an ethanol sensor. Benefits of ethanol is the cooling effect it has on the intake air temps. Lowering risk of knock, more efficiency during combustion, and the ability to advance timing even further to produce more horsepower. The true flex fuel tune allows the vehicle to self adjust based on the ethanol content in your fuel. Simply add E85 to your tank and let the vehicle do all the math to adjust timing and boost.

To support this turbo we need to upgrade the fuel system, we installed MPI and Hellcat LP fuel pump. This recipe delivers outstanding top-end without sacrificing low-end grunt, the perfect daily driver powerband.
With this extraordinary software tune, your 2.0T EA888.3 engine will roar to life. This isn't just a minor boost – it's a revolution in power, speed, and exhilaration. Get ready to leave the competition in the dust and enjoy the thrill of driving like never before.
Stage 3 tunes are available on InstaTune as Off-The-Shelf base map files. In most cases, these files will work as intended, but due to variations in local fuel, hardware discrepancies, and vehicle condition, data logging may be required to ensure the tune is working as intended. If you do not have access to the required fuel specified on InstaTune, you may request a tune revision for your locally available fuel. This may also require data logging to ensure correct adjustments are made to your tune.
Data logging is recommended (and may be required in some cases) to ensure customer satisfaction and engine longevity. Our goal is to provide you with the best tuning solution for your hardware setup.

* Ethanol sensor is required to use the flex fuel functions of the tune. Without a flex fuel sensor installed, the ECU will not adjust to any ethanol content. You do not need a flex fuel sensor if you plan to run pump gas (93 octane) only.
Flex Fuel is made possible by upgrading the fuelling system and adding an ethanol sensor. Benefits of ethanol is the cooling effect it has on the intake air temps. Lowering risk of knock, more efficiency during combustion, and the ability to advance timing even further to produce more horsepower. The true flex fuel tune allows the vehicle to self adjust the power output based on the ethanol content in your fuel. Simply add E85 to your tank and let the vehicle do all the math to adjust timing and boost. MPI is required to go Flex!
One of the standout features of the Stage 3 2260S Tune is its true flex fuel calibration. This cutting-edge feature allows your engine to adapt seamlessly to ethanol content ranging from E0 to E55. With the flexibility to use various ethanol blends, you can optimize your performance for your specific driving needs, whether it's on the track, the street, or somewhere in between. We have done extensive testing and have found that the power increase from adding ethanol is maximized at E55. Due to hardware limitations within the block, no additional power can be made beyond this ethanol content. We have limited the boost and ignition maps to stay within a safe range for longevity and reliability. Users may still use an ethanol content beyond E55, but will not see any additional power increases.
To utilize the flex fuel features of this tune, you will need to have an ethanol sensor installed. The ECU will automatically detect if a sensor is installed and will adjust maps based on ethanol content. If you do not have an ethanol sensor installed, the map will not change from the 93 octane calibration.

Custom Tuning starts at $1699. To get a more accurate cost on your custom tune, please create a ticket and tell us more about your build, and your specific modifications.
If you feel that our existing tune offerings will not work for your application or your intended use, you can request Custom Tuning. Custom Tuning must be requested through our Tickets, and you must provide vehicle information as well as hardware (upgrades) information. Once submitted, our team of calibrators will evaluate your request and determine if Custom Tuning can achieve your goals and if they are able, your Tune Request will be accepted.
Custom Tuning requires heavy participation from the Customer, either through an Authorized TZ Dealer or the Customer themselves. TuneZilla Calibrators will require that the vehicle has access to dyno time when needed, and data logging is required. If you are not comfortable with data logging, and if you may not be able to access a facility with a dyno (many facilities will rent dyno time) custom tuning may not be possible for you.
Custom Tuning vs. Off The Shelf Tuning
We understand that our end users have varying driving styles and build purposes, which is why we offer revisions on all of our Off-The-Shelf tunes. By offering Custom Tuning to our customers, we can be sure you are getting the most out of your vehicle with your specific parts upgrades. Our OTS (off-the-shelf) maps are tested in house with as many variables as possible to ensure even if you don’t want to customize your tune, your vehicle’s OEM sensors and adaptations will still be able to optimize our tunes to your region’s fuel and most bolt-on upgrades. Tune Revisions are not the same as Custom Tunes. See our Terms and Conditions for our re-tune policy (section 4b)
We believe it’s important for our customers to understand what is happening inside their engine so they can make informative decisions. Our LOG VIEWER automatically generates your vehicles data log .csv files into easy to read graphs which can then be viewed by our Calibrators to find areas of optimization on your vehicle. Not only can this data be used to optimize your tunes, but a lot of troubleshooting and diagnosing can be done by comparing requested data to actual data at a glance.
In many cases, custom tuning is not required. If you are unsure if you will benefit from a Custom Tune, you can reach out to our team and upload data logs for them to examine.
