By accessing a website at https://tunezilla.com, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on TuneZilla Software Ltd's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- modify or copy the materials;
- use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
- attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on TuneZilla Software Ltd’s website;
- remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
- transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server.
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by TuneZilla Software Ltd at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

The materials on TuneZilla Software Ltd’s website are provided on an ‘as is’ basis. TuneZilla Software Ltd makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
Further, TuneZilla Software Ltd does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
4. Return Policy
4.a Product Returns
Product returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. A Return Authorization (RA) number is required before returning any products. In order to request an RA, you may do so by creating a new ticket, or requesting an RA in your existing ticket.
Unopened physical merchandise in like-new packaging is subject to a 10% (ten percent) fee. TuneZilla Software Ltd is not responsible for the cost of shipping or installation fees.
Returns Not Accepted in Certain Circumstances:
Please note, under the following circumstances returns will not be accepted, even if an RA was issued: product packaging is missing, merchandise has been used or damaged, or if more than 30 days have passed since the invoice date. There are no Returns on custom tunes.
To initiate a return, please follow these simple guidelines:
- Create a Ticket, or open your existing Ticket and request a Return Authorization (RA)
- Once you have received an RA, please ship the item back as instructed
- Returned merchandise will be inspected upon arriving at TuneZilla Software Ltd
- After inspection, your payment type will be credited, minus a restocking fee, to your account within 3-5 business days
- If the returned merchandise does not qualify to be returned, you will be notified
4.b ECU File Returns
InstaTune Files:
Your satisfaction with the tune file is our priority. If you are unhappy with your tune, you may request a Return Authorization (RA). Upon receiving your request, our sales team and calibration team will first make every effort to resolve your concerns with the performance of the tune via re-tune. This does not count as a custom tune, and will still be valid for refund if you are still unhappy with the results from our revisions.
Custom Files:
In the event that you have received a base file, either through your ticket, or from InstaTune and have requested a custom tune, you are accepting the base map file as satisfactory and are happy to continue the custom tune process. If you have concerns with the base map that you are provided, it is your responsibility to discuss these with your calibrator or sales staff prior to requesting a custom tune.
Custom Tunes are non-returnable unless the TuneZilla Software Ltd Sales Manager or the assigned Calibrator agrees otherwise in writing within your ticket. When applicable, you may be required to show proof of your ECU being flashed back to the original bin file before a refund will be processed.
5. Limitations
In no event shall TuneZilla Software Ltd or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on TuneZilla Software Ltd’s website, even if TuneZilla Software Ltd or a TuneZilla Software Ltd authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
6. Accuracy of materials
The materials appearing on TuneZilla Software Ltd’s website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. TuneZilla Software Ltd does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. TuneZilla Software Ltd may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However TuneZilla Software Ltd does not make any commitment to update the materials.
7. Links
TuneZilla Software Ltd has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by TuneZilla Software Ltd of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user’s own risk.
8. Modifications
TuneZilla Software Ltd may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
