At TuneZilla, we strive for an OEM level of drivability and reliability. Our team of Calibrators from around the world painstakingly work to deliver repeatable performance on all of our base maps. One of the major differences between our tunes and most of our competitors tunes is our linear OEM like throttle response. Where some software tuners increase throttle response to mask the actual output of their tunes by giving a very peaky feeling under acceleration, our tunes are designed to make the most usable and consistent power curve possible to maintain a strong pull without a heavy fall off midway through the power band. All while generating peak power as early as possible in the RPM range. Most off the shelf tunes advertise an attractive peak power figure, but suffer from a sudden drop in torque and a lower torque curve throughout the remainder of the RPM range.
Our Stage 1 tune for the EA837 3.0T engine awakens this Supercharged V6 and maximizes power output on stock hardware. Raising the RPM on this motor uncorks a much needed top end to increase peak horsepower and pull farther through the rev range.

Our Stage 2 tune for the EA837 3.0T engine optimizes the use of an upgraded pulley combination (single pulley, or dual pulley configurations) and increases the rev range as well as adjusting and optimizing fuelling and timing. This tune will work well with a variety of pulley set ups.

We believe it’s important for our customers to understand what is happening inside their engine so they can make informative decisions. Our LOG VIEWER automatically generates your vehicles data log .csv files into easy to read graphs which can then be viewed by our Calibrators to find areas of optimization on your vehicle. Not only can this data be used to optimize your tunes, but a lot of troubleshooting and diagnosing can be done by comparing requested data to actual data at a glance.

After a year of real world use and customer feedback, we have developed two variations of TCU calibrations to cater to a wider range of driving styles. This update to the TCU catalog was an effort to reduce the amount of additional costs to customers who choose custom TCU tuning. Pulling from a variety of driving styles and customer requests, we have released an Autobahn tune, and a Nur-Spec tune.

The Autobahn calibration is for the long distance hyper-miler.
With shift points that are designed to keep you in the most efficient gear for maximum fuel efficiency, the Autobahn TCU file is great for highway commuters and long distance drivers who spend most of their time in the right lane maximizing their fuel range.
The Nur-Spec calibration is for the left lane passer and the weekend adventurer.
Adjusting the shift points to be more active and stay within a comfortable powerband for adventuring or left lane passing, the Nur-Spec TCU file is fantastic for those that like to have their vehicle ready to deploy torque at a moments notice with minimal downshifts.

Our DSG tune is a complete re-work of the factory DSG settings. We’ve worked with our calibrators to bring you a perfect all around package that enhances drivability and increases enjoyment. In manual mode, you have full control of your upshifts with the “auto up-shift” disabled. Clutch pressure is increased across all drive modes to handle the increased torque from our Stage 1 or 2 files.
