After several talks with our customers and tuners over the years, we have developed our new TC turbo for the B9 AUDI A4, Q5, PORSCHE MACAN 2.0 applications. It’s an UPGRADED TURBOCHARGER for up to 600HP + with PROPER TUNING and engine modifications, such as upgraded FUELING and INTAKE ARE SUGGESTED. Our TC turbo has been sent out to a select number of tuners for dyno tuning and further testing.

This unit has a .8cm A/R TURBINE HOUSING FOR THIS WE ARE reducing horrible BACK PRESSURE from what is a common problem with the IS20. The New compressor housing has larger A/R, reducing inlet depression by 20% is paired with a New 9 blade wheel with a higher profile design.
Compared to others using larger wheels in IS20 [AKA HI BRED ] configuration OUR TCD600 TURBOCHARGER turbo takes advantage of a completely new designed housing along with our custom compressor wheel, which is a much larger 9-blade allowing higher flow. This new package WITH dual ceramic ball bearing allows for a combined effort with the larger wheels and castings for more flow, reduced back for the TCD600 TURBOCHARGER to unleash its FULL POTENTIAL of 600 + HP. Our new dual ceramic ball bearing creates excellent spool up, and eliminates the use thrust bearing to handle surge loads. We added dual HIGH temp seals to prevent oil leakage & IMPROVED longevity. ‘
