Stage 1
The 2.9L twin-turbo V6 found in the Audi S and RS models delivers exceptional factory performance, but there is still substantial headroom available through ECU and TCU calibration. TuneZilla’s performance software optimizes boost control, ignition timing, fueling, and torque management to safely unlock significant gains while maintaining OEM-like drivability.
In addition to power increases, our calibration improves launch behavior, drivability, and overall responsiveness for both street and track use.
Stage 1 brings a substantial increase in performance while keeping the factory turbochargers and engine hardware in place. Designed around 93 octane fuel and paired with the required TCU tune, it delivers massive gains in torque and acceleration, with improved turbo response and stronger mid-range power. The extra torque is especially noticeable when accelerating from lower speeds, while the added power continues to build as the revs climb. Launch behavior is also quicker and more aggressive, giving the car a much stronger response when taking off.
Despite the added performance, the tune maintains OEM-like drivability for everyday use, while making the car considerably more responsive and capable when you push it harder.
An intake and intercooler are recommended for those looking to support the tune with additional airflow and improved charge-air cooling, but they are not required.
Proper maintenance is crucial, & spark plugs should be inspected and replaced if necessary prior to tuning,

Stage 2
The 2.9L twin-turbo V6 found in the Audi S and RS models delivers exceptional factory performance, but there is still substantial headroom available through ECU and TCU calibration. TuneZilla’s performance software optimizes boost control, ignition timing, fueling, and torque management to safely unlock significant gains while maintaining OEM-like drivability.
In addition to power increases, our calibration improves launch behavior, drivability, and overall responsiveness for both street and track use.
Stage 2 takes the performance of the Stage 1 tune a step further by requiring a downpipe upgrade to improve exhaust flow and help the turbochargers operate more efficiently. With the increased airflow from the upgraded downpipe, the tune delivers stronger torque and acceleration, sharper turbo response, and more power through the mid-range and upper rev range. Launch behavior is also quicker and more aggressive, while the overall driving experience remains smooth and OEM-like when you're driving normally.
What to expect is a noticeable step up in performance, especially when accelerating hard, with stronger mid-range power and improved response from the turbochargers. The result is a much more powerful and responsive car without sacrificing the everyday drivability you'd expect from the factory setup.
Proper maintenance is crucial, & spark plugs should be inspected and replaced if necessary prior to tuning,

AL552 TCU Tune
The AL552 transmission is capable of handling substantial performance increases, but factory calibration can limit the full potential of the drivetrain. TuneZilla’s TCU calibration is engineered to optimize shift strategy, clutch pressure, torque limits, and launch behavior to deliver faster, smoother, and more consistent performance.
Increased clutch pressure
Optimized shift speed and response
Raised torque limiters
Improved launch control behavior
Faster paddle response
Enhanced shift strategy in automatic and manual modes
Optimized gear holding under acceleration
Improved drivability during spirited driving
