At TuneZilla, we strive for an OEM level of drivability and reliability. Our team of Calibrators from around the world painstakingly work to deliver repeatable performance on all of our base maps. One of the major differences between our tunes and most of our competitors tunes is our linear OEM like throttle response. Where some software tuners increase throttle response to mask the actual output of their tunes by giving a very peaky feeling under acceleration, our tunes are designed to make the most usable and consistent power curve possible to maintain a strong pull without a heavy fall off midway through the power band. All while generating peak power as early as possible in the RPM range. Most off the shelf tunes advertise an attractive peak power figure, but suffer from a sudden drop in torque and a lower torque curve throughout the remainder of the RPM range.
Our Stage 1 tune for the EA837 3.0T engine awakens this Supercharged V6 and maximizes power output on stock hardware. Raising the RPM on this motor uncorks a much needed top end to increase peak horsepower and pull farther through the rev range.

Our Stage 2 tune for the EA837 3.0T engine optimizes the use of an upgraded pulley combination (single pulley, or dual pulley configurations) and increases the rev range as well as adjusting and optimizing fuelling and timing. This tune will work well with a variety of pulley set ups.

This is a custom built tune that will require logging/dyno time. This tune is designed for heavily modified application - Ex. Ported/Upgrade Superchargers, Larger throttle body, etc
We understand that our end users have varying driving styles and build purposes, which is why we offer custom tune revisions on all of our base maps. By offering custom tuning to our customers, we can be sure you are getting the most out of your vehicle with your specific parts upgrades. Our base maps are tested in house with as many variables as possible to ensure even if you don’t want to customize your tune, your vehicle’s OEM sensors and adaptations will still be able to optimize our tunes to your region’s fuel and most off the shelf bolt on upgrades.
We believe it’s important for our customers to understand what is happening inside their engine so they can make informative decisions. Our LOG VIEWER automatically generates your vehicles data log .csv files into easy to read graphs which can then be viewed by our Calibrators to find areas of optimization on your vehicle. Not only can this data be used to optimize your tunes, but a lot of troubleshooting and diagnosing can be done by comparing requested data to actual data at a glance.
