We are currently hiring for the following
TuneZilla is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Dealer Success Manager to join our rapidly growing team. As a Dealer Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our dealers, ensuring their success on our platform, and driving growth within the business.
Responsibilities:
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the TuneZilla platform, target dealers, and value proposition.
Manage and grow a book of business consisting of 250-300 dealer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Serve as a trusted consultant and extension of your dealers' teams, providing strategic insights, guidance, and support to help them succeed on our platform.
Regularly solicit constructive feedback from dealers to identify areas for improvement and communicate actionable items and ideas to internal teams.
Drive growth for the TuneZilla business by identifying opportunities to increase dealer spend and upsell additional services or products.
Monitor dealer performance and proactively address any issues or concerns to ensure ongoing success and growth.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as product development, marketing, and sales, to share insights, advocate for dealer needs, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the TuneZilla platform.
Incentive-Based Pay Structure:
Base Salary: Competitive base salary commensurate with experience
Performance Bonuses: The Dealer Success Manager will be eligible for performance-based bonuses
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a similar role, preferably within the automotive or technology industries.
Demonstrated track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to contribute to the success of TuneZilla and our dealer partners.
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Salary: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
